The final set of runners on the Mt Wellington run, Adrian Young and Ian Franzke from Carey Hire, completed the run at 1.35pm today after taking 3hrs 8mins 49sec. This brings to end the competitive side to the race although some would argue that the Post Race Brag retains the competitive aspect.

My congratulations to Wildfire and her crew of Malcolm, Julie, Nic and Jon. Carl & Gerry I was honoured to meet you at Beauty Point (ex Narara) and in awe of what you completed, like Gladiators of the Roman era. So proud of you all. WOW!!!
